Kids Krav Maga
In Kids Krav Maga classes, children will typically learn basic techniques for striking, blocking, and escaping from various types of attacks. They will also learn how to defend themselves against multiple attackers, as well as how to recognize and avoid potential danger.
In addition to physical techniques, Kids Krav Maga classes may also include role-playing exercises to help children learn how to assert themselves and stand up to bullying or other forms of intimidation. Teen Krav Maga Classes
Our Teen Krav Maga classes are designed for those who want to build confidence, strength, and real world self defense skills in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. Krav Maga is a practical and effective self defense system that prepares you to handle real-life situations with speed and confidence.
In each class, you’ll train in striking, blocking, grappling, and defending against a variety of attacks, including threats involving knives, sticks, and even firearms. You’ll learn how to turn your body into a weapon, react under pressure, and develop the mindset of a true fighter.
While Krav Maga is serious and intense, we make every session engaging, dynamic, and fun.
